When looking for a Hypnotherapist you want to be sure that they are adequately qualified so please feel free to ask how long a practitioners length of study was, whether they receive supervision and how long they have been practicing Hypnotherapy (3 years of professional supervised training is really the minimum in my personal view). You are entitled to ring the practioner and get a 'feel' for them and you are entitled to make an informed decision that is right for you.
